CHECK OUT : Before you proceed to the check out you agree that you are who you say you are and that you are not using anyone else’s credit/debit card.  You agree to take full responsibility for submitting your name and address.  If an in-accurate address (this includes not a full postal address) is given and consequently the goods cannot be delivered, no refund can be offered.  PLEASE NOTE THAT IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO PROVIDE THE FULL AND ACCURATE POSTAL ADDRESS.

CREDIT/DEBIT CARD:  PLANTS ENHANCE ON LINE LTD take privacy and security very seriously and use PROTX as our independent payment service provider.  We will not use or sell your details to any third party.  The only exception to this would be if fraudulent use of a credit/debit card happens then the appropriate authorities would be informed. 

DISPATCH:  Once paid for we endeavour to dispatch your goods within 2 working days but please allow 3/5 working days for delivery. If there is going to be a delay on any item we will notify you  and you can then decide how you wish to proceed. Carriage is included in the cost of your item to the UK mainland only.  If you wish to have items delivered elsewhere then please contact us for a quote for that specific destination. 

REFUND:  In the very unlikely event that you are not happy with any of our products then please notify us within 7 working days.  It will then be your responsibility to re-wrap the item, which must be in good condition, securely and ship it back to us (we would recommend recorded delivery where applicable)  For larger items please make a note of the consignment number.  If you need help with this we will arrange shipping but any expenses incurred by ourselves in doing this will be debited from the full refund that will be given within 30 days. PLEASE NOTE : Any artificial trees or plants that are planted into any planters by Plants Enhance Online Ltd or Planters Online Ltd on your request CANNOT be returned.  These are classed as bespoke items and as such we cannot offer a return service on these items.

LIABILITY:  Please ensure that you check your item when the delivery is made to you.  If by any strange chance the item has been damaged in transit then please refuse delivery.  It would be best if you could arrange for someone to be present when the item is delivered so that a signature can be obtained from the delivery driver and you can examine the goods.  If there are any shortages within your order then please notify us within 3 working days

Our products are of the highest quality, however, once purchased we have no control regarding the treatment of the items and therefore can offer no guarantee against any item.

V.A.T.  Value added tax is included at the current rate with your item.  PLANTS ENHANCE ON LINE LTD  v.a.t. number is 869 9026 68                                                                 

GENERAL: We hold the right to alter any of these terms and conditions from time to time as we see fit without any prior notice.

PLANTS ENHANCE ON LINE LTD is registered in England (Reg No:5671409)  and as such our terms and conditions are construed in accordance with the laws of England and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
