In the "real plant world" the PODOCARPUS (Buddhist Pine) requires an unheated room and is very slow growing.  With either the artificial NATURAL PODOCARPUS or the BONSAI PODOCARPUS you can enjoy the central heating being on and not have to wait years until the 150cm height is reached.

Either of the PODOCARPUS require prominent positions to truely ENHANCE an area but because they are so upright they will not take up lots of precious room.
